International shipping is handled by INTERNATIONAL EMS from JAPAN.
All international shipments are shipped via EMS express mail ONLY, and We do not use regular Air Mail for international orders.
Please note that our shopping cart doesn't add the shipping fee automatically. We charge the shipping fee to your credit card when we are ready to ship.

Products shipped outside Japan may be assessed locally with separate customs charges, value-added taxes, or other assessments depending on the destination country or region.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns for online orders must take place within 7 days from the original shipment date in order to receive a credit back in the original form of payment.
All products being returned or exchanged must be in new condition.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.
For change of mind returns or exchanges, the shipping charge will be at the customers expenses.
